AIT uses only USA made stainless steel to manufacture replacement seaming chucks and rolls to O.E.M. standards and/or CMI specifications. Our quality control processes ensure accuracy within +/-.0005 of an inch, and all groove profiles are ground on our Studer^TM CNC grinder.

AIT offers a complete range of extended-wear coating choices, including Titanium Nitride, Titanium Carbide, Tungsten Carbide (FLAME PLATING), and Diamond ARM, to make your parts last longer and significantly improve your seam results.
